Chapo refractory mine is located in West Azerbaijan province, near Shahin Dej city. The mine has the ability to produce bauxite refractory with more than 50% alumina and less than 2% iron to more than 3,000 tons per year and low iron refractory with less than 1% iron to more than 4,000 tons per year Be.
The high quality of refractory materials of Chapo mine and customer satisfaction have caused a significant increase in the demand for the products of this mine in recent years. Most of the products of this mine in East Azarbaijan province are consumed by Azar Shahab Refractory Products Company of Tabriz and outside the province, by Iran Refractory Products Company.
